All our wines are produced with spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature and maceration of the grapes for 22-25 days, with gentle pumping over, which becomes more and more delicate as the natural fermentation decreases.

Intense ruby red with intense garnet reflections. The bouquet is ample and elegant and surprises the senses with long balsamic and floral notes, accompanied by important spices like black pepper, notes of currants and small berries. It is enveloping on the palate, delicate, very well balanced between soft, velvety tannins and savoury, mineral notes. Very persistent flavour. It goes well with roast Chianina beef, Fiorentina steak, game stews, but also with first courses with game ragout, which are the natural accompaniment to this wine, which requires equally noble flavours.

A Brunello dedicated to the memory of the founder Cosimo Loia, who strongly believed in the potential of the vineyards in the this land of Montalcino. The grapes for this wine are harvested directly from the first vineyard planted by Cosimo himself in 1985 - Today we call that vineyard “Vigna Vecchia". Produced with a selection of grapes from the estate's highest and richest vineyard in marl, this is an intense ruby wine with sparkling garnet notes. It has a particularly seductive and complex nose: notes of woodland and undergrowth, medicinal herbs, but also of red roses, spices and small ripe red fruits. On the palate it is refined and elegant, then more powerful and concentrated, with perfect minerality, freshness and a never unpleasant acidity. A very long, persistent, memorable wine. For great occasions.A wine for meditation. For important, tasty, quality dishes, especially roasts and game.

Produced only in the best years with very selected grapes and with 12 months of additional ageing in French oak tonneaux (500 litres). It has a vivid ruby red colour, an ample and complex nose, revealing important balsamic and undergrowth notes, sage, rosemary, hints of small red fruits and subtle toasted notes. Full-bodied and well-structured, with an intense and persistent flavour, it has a fine balance between acidity and minerality and a very seductive tannic finish. This is the Brunello for special occasions. It is the perfect accompaniment to roast Chianina beef, Florentine T-bone steak, game stews, but also first courses with game ragout are a natural accompaniment to this wine, which requires equally noble flavours. Luminous ruby red with subtle garnet reflections. Broad on the nose and rich in fresh floral, spicy and small red fruit notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, savoury and mineral. Of vibrant acidity, velvety tannins and a long finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to local dishes and products such as pici with meat sauce, pasta with white truffles from the Crete Senesi, Tuscan ribollita, as well as mature Pecorino di Pienza cheese, local cured meats and Cinta Senese salami.

A ready-to-drink red wine produced only in the best years, a blend of Sangiovese (80%) of the grapes destined for Brunello, plus 20% Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. 
Deep ruby in colour, it is full-bodied but less demanding. The nose is rich in notes of forest and red fruits, from raspberry to cherry. On the palate it is soft, elegant and quite persistent. It goes well with Tuscan crostini, Cinta Senese cold cuts, first courses with meat sauce and stews.
